The study, he believes, will help to educate ordinary citizens, as well as useful to the elected representatives. “This book will be useful for the preparation of legislative proposals, we will look at the tools of our opponents and develop more reliable methods of protection,” — said Klimov at the meeting of the interim Commission of the Federation Council on the protection of the sovereignty and prevent interference in the internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

In particular, it is possible to study interferences of foreign countries in the Russian presidential election of 2000, said the Senator. In addition, according to him, during the second Chechen war were very active, “some southern States”.

Its main function is to study the state of international law in this area, monitoring the activities of foreign States, as well as preparation of proposals on improvement of legislation.
