MOSCOW, June 23. /TASS/. The Russian foreign Ministry will do its utmost to defend the rights of compatriots abroad, including the right to wear the ribbons. This was stated Friday by the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov at the meeting of the Government Commission on compatriots living abroad.
“We stand in full solidarity with our compatriots abroad, we will strongly defend their rights, especially in situations where a simple wearing of the ribbons 22 June in some countries is criminalized. Referring to what happened yesterday in Ukraine”, – he said.
