Reshulsky, to explain the departure from the state Duma health problems, expressed the hope that in the future will cooperate with parliamentarians. “I still hope that will be strong enough to recover. Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin urged MPs to find the best option for Communist. He stressed that Sergei Reshulsky has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the law and invaluable experience with him.

65-year-old Sergei Reshulsky worked in the state Duma all seven convocations. He is the author of 200 legislative initiatives. Among them is the proposal to ban raising the retirement age by 2025 and to recognize the Soviet films are public property.
In the beginning of the month, refused mandates of deputies Vladimir Galenkov and tennis player Marat Safin, who decided to focus on community activities in the field of sports. Previously resigned from the lower house of Parliament, three more members of “United Russia”, including one of the richest MPs of the current and previous convocations Alexander Skorobogatko.
