Kadyrov is ready to arrange a meeting Durov and Zharova in Grozny
The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov in his Telegram-channel Kadyrov95 said he was ready to provide a platform for talks between the Creator of the messenger by Pavel Durov and the head of Roskomnadzor Alexander Zharov.
Kadyrov said that as an active user, would not like to messenger blocked.
“I think that the parties should sit down at the negotiating table, and not to ignore each other. His willingness in Grozny to provide a platform for the meeting”, — stated in the message policy.
On Friday, June 23, on the website of Roskomnadzor had issued a public appeal Zharov to Durova. The Minister demanded that the owner of the popular messenger to comply with Russian laws and provide the necessary data for making service in the register of the organizers of disseminating information.
He also stressed that “all available means of official communication with the command Telegram exhausted,” and time is running out. At the end of may Zharov noted that Roskomnadzor is in constant contact with the administration of the Telegram, but refused to reveal details, citing “the sensitivity of the topic”.
