The Kremlin has not officially informed about prepared by the Secretary of state Rex Tillerson document for the development of constructive relations with Moscow, said the press-Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov. His words on Tuesday, June 20, the correspondent “Tapes.ru”.

“As for the plan [Rex Tillerson], which learned the media (…), the issue for review better to contact the Ministry of foreign Affairs,” — said Peskov, answering journalists on the issue.

He specified that Moscow is preparing counter-claims to Washington to normalize relations. “No, such requirements are not prepared, they are discussed as a matter of routine, we inform each other of topics that cause discomfort, which are irritants. The circle of these so well known, but yet to see some beginning of a constructive discussion of these topics we can not”,” — said the official representative of the Kremlin.

The head of the Duma international Affairs Committee Leonid Slutsky, commenting on the plan Tillerson, noted that the provisions of the document are encouraging, however, to give specific forecasts for its implementation is premature.

On the preparation of the state Department secret document, consisting of three parts, said portal BuzzFeed. In particular, it States that the discussion of the theme of Russian aggression against the United States “is counterproductive to both sides.”

Also it talked about bilateral issues of Washington’s strategic interest: the civil war in Syria, actively implementing the nuclear programme of the DPRK, cyber security and cyber espionage. The third part of the document deals with the need to achieve “strategic stability”, which means “the number of long-term mutual political goals.”
