The President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev started an informal meeting in Moscow, informed the press-Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov. According to him, Putin and Atambayev discuss issues that will appear in the main part of the Russian-Kyrgyz talks on Tuesday, reports RIA “Novosti”.
Atambayev arrived in Russia on Monday.
