Butyrskaya court of Moscow will not recover from the Muscovite debt on utility bills, accumulated before birth for a living space that does not belong to him. It is reported RIA Novosti with reference to the press-Secretary of the court Tatiana Isaev.
“The court reversed the default judgment dated 10 may and assigned the civil case for hearing on July 5, at 11 o’clock,” — said the representative of the court.
In may the court has satisfied the claim of the management company “zhilishchnik” to recover from a young Muscovite housing debt in the amount of 177 thousand rubles. The funds were removed from the Bank card of the defendant. While his mother Lily Rayevskaya said error: according to her, the debt had accumulated in five years before his birth and in respect of housing that does not belong to him.
Earlier, on 20 June edition kp.ru told about a similar case: prikubanskiy district court of Krasnodar arrested at the apartment of the resident Yulia Ostapenko in connection with collecting on debts of a Stanislav Ostapenko. The court considered it the woman’s husband, although she claims that she has no spouse, and Stanislav Ostapenko — just her namesake.
