Detained in North Korea yacht Katalexa returned to Vladivostok

Russian yacht Katalexa, detained by border guards of the DPRK, returned to Vladivostok. On Monday, June 19, reports TASS with reference to the Maritime rescue coordination centre of Vladivostok.
