The Russian space forces expect to receive more than 10 fighter T-50

MOSCOW, June 18. /TASS/. Air and space forces (VKS) Russia expect to receive from the squadron’s newest fighter T-50 (PAK FA). This was announced by the chief of the HQs of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Viktor Bondarev in an interview with the newspaper “Red star”.

“We do not need a party of two or three machines, and much more. We want to get as many planes to enable them to equip the squadron. And then gradually increase the number of these aircraft to the desired and, thus, achieve a new quality level”, – said Bondarev. In the Russian space forces in a squadron consists of 12 aircraft.

T-50 – fifth generation fighter aircraft – first took to the air in 2010. Earlier it was reported that serial production of the T-50 will begin in 2017 and it will go into service Air and space forces of Russia. According to new data, the first phase of testing is scheduled for completion in 2018.
