In Russia will be allowed to use Belarusian driver’s license

Issued in Belarus driving license from July 1, will be used in Russia despite a law forbidding holders of foreign or international law to work as professional drivers. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, his words leads RIA Novosti.

The head of government noted that this will be an important event for those involved in transportation.

In Russia since June 1 came into force a ban on the work of professional drivers persons with foreign rights. The law was scheduled to operate from 2014, but due to the annexation of Crimea to Russia its entry into force was postponed until 2017 to give the residents time to exchange documents.
