In the Vologda region opened a criminal case against a local resident, who threw a stone into the court bailiff. This was reported in the Friday, June 16, on the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

It turned out that the incident occurred on may 22. 42-year-old resident of the village of Lipin Bor were forced to bring to court in the administrative case on petty hooliganism. For the execution of the corresponding resolution in the morning to his house arrived 48-year-old bailiff. The suspect also picked up a stone and threw it to the bailiff in the head. The victim had to be hospitalized.
The case was opened under part 1 of article 318 of the criminal code (“violence against a representative of power”). The investigation is ongoing.
