The Tver court of Moscow has fined on 20 thousand rubles, Ildar Dading, who was the first in Russia, was convicted of repeated violations of the rules of holding rallies, this time he was also charged with violation of the rules of the campaign, told RIA Novosti on Thursday, press Secretary of the court Anastasia Jurco.

During an action on red square on may 12 Dading aloud read the Constitution. Apart from him, the square had detained a group of activists.

“Dading is found guilty of an offence under part 5 of article 20.2 of the administrative code (Violation of rules for holding public events). He was sentenced to a fine of 20 thousand rubles”, — said the press Secretary of the court.

This is already the third detention of the Dading after release from prison. The first time the activist was released from police without initiating administrative proceedings, the second he got the penalty in 15 thousand rubles.

Dading first in Russia, was sentenced to 2.5 years on criminal charges of repeated violations at rallies. The Presidium of the Supreme court on 22 February overturned his conviction, finding that the criminal case was filed in violation of the formal terms of criminal responsibility, after which he was released from prison.
