Iran accused Saudi Arabia of supporting terrorism

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif has accused Saudi Arabia of supporting the militants of the terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG, is prohibited in Russia), operating in the territory of the Islamic Republic. About it reports The Independent.

Zarif referred to the intelligence data, according to which the Saudis are “actively involved” in the preparation of the terrorist groups the Iranian border in Baluchistan province, populated mainly by Sunni Muslims, while the majority of the population is Muslim Shiite.

Earlier, on 7 June, representatives of the Islamic revolutionary guard Corps (IRGC) also stated that the attack on the Iranian Parliament and the mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini in Tehran involved in Riyadh.

“This attack occurred just a week after meeting us President Donald trump with the heads of States that support terrorists,” — said in a statement.

In the morning a few people started shooting in the Iranian Parliament. It was also reported that one of the attackers managed to leave the building, after which he allegedly opened fire on the street.

Around the same time two men and a woman opened fire in the building of the mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini, and another woman activated the fixed on the body of the explosive device. One of the attackers was poisoned with cyanide, not to fall into the hands of the authorities, another man eliminated by the security forces. A female member of the shooting at the mausoleum, was detained. The victims of the attack were 17 people, about 40 were injured. Responsibility for attack was assumed by the group ISIS.
