Russian President Vladimir Putin took part in all-Russian action “We — citizens of Russia!”: the head of state in a solemn ceremony in the Kremlin handed the passports of ten young Russians who distinguished themselves during training or manifested themselves in emergency situations.

This ceremony is held in the Kremlin for the first time. Its characters are Aida Sadykova from Dagestan and Natalia Dresvyannikova from the Kirov region. Despite their young age, both girls managed to accomplish these feats. Each of them rescued from the water drowning child.

Putin also handed the passport Sophia Morozova from Chuvashia. She has earned that right, having won all-Russian competition “We — the citizens of Russia!” and the silver prize-winner of world Cup IX the International dance Olympics. In addition, each year Sophia took prize-winning places in Olympiads on the Russian language, mathematics, physics and literature.
