Strangers may be allowed to take children under guardianship only after the written refusal of the relatives of the child of the rights exercise on a reimbursable conditions.
The bill will be submitted to Parliament for consideration a member of the Duma Committee on labor, lipolytica and veterans ‘ Affairs Sergey Vostretsov, reports RT.
According to him, this requirement will be deprived of the guardianship of the ability unreasonably to deny the relatives of the child in custody or guardianship over him.
“If relatives want to take the child on a reimbursable custody, and strangers gratuitously, that there are cases when the preference is frequently given the last, and relatives are accused of greed. Often foster parents, taking care of the child, subsequently execute a reimbursable custody and get money for it”, — said the Deputy.
While Vostretsov also proposes to allow to the guardians to take the education no more than three children, except when children are brothers and sisters.
