ALUSHTA, June 11. /TASS/. West’s time to open your eyes to the Crimea, said on Sunday the official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova in the part of the first international forum “Crimea Open their eyes.”

“I don’t think there’s a wrong way of Crimea, the diplomat said, answering a question about the Western perception. It’s the attempt to keep afloat the problems that the West has identified as fundamental – it is determined that they have a built in head angle, and not those that have”.

According to Zakharova, there is a “manic desire not to see what problems are solved, not to see that dynamics are still very positive”. Foreign Ministry spokesman also recalled that in a short period there is a large number of achievements, analogues of which few places you can find in the world.

“It is the tenacity with which the West looks at the Crimea with her eyes closed, amazing, – said Zakharov. – It’s time to open your eyes, and for this reason such events are held”.

The West has condemned the blockade of Crimea

Russia has not heard from countries of the West not a single word of condemnation of the energy blockade of the Crimea, although from the point of view of international conventions damage to civilian infrastructure is an act of terrorism, the politician said.
