The head of Nakhodka temporarily disqualified

The court temporarily disqualified the head of Nakhodka of Primorsky Krai Andrey Gorelov on charges of failure to comply with the Prosecutor about amending the city Charter, said Friday the administration Finds.

According to the administration of the city, Nakhodka city court on 8 June ruled against the mayor’s decision on an administrative offence under article “Failure to comply with the legal requirements of the Prosecutor, investigator, interrogating officer or the officials conducting the proceedings of an administrative offense”. The mayor was charged with failure to comply with the Prosecutor’s office to publish amendments to the city Charter, said the administration.

“The position of the head of administration of city district is clear: the amendments were registered by the Ministry of justice with gross violations. The legislation establishes the duty of the head of the municipality to send for registration to the Ministry of justice of the decision of the representative body concerning amendments to the Charter. In this case, part of the documents for registration were submitted by persons not entitled to no rights”, — stated in the message.

It is noted that the head of the city appealed to the court of the view of the city Prosecutor on the basis of which it was instituted administrative proceedings. The final decision is not accepted.

According to hall, Gorelov continues to fulfil duties of the head of Nakhodka and appealed to the Primorsky regional court the decision on the temporary disqualification.
