A criminal case under several articles, including “murder of two and more persons” and “infringement of life of law enforcement officer”.
The interior Ministry of Russia confirmed the elimination of the “Kratovo arrow”.
A week earlier, in the Tver region electrician shot dead was his name on the gun nine people.
