MOSCOW, 10 Jul — RIA Novosti. Managing Director for investment activities of JSC “ROSNANO” Andrey Gorkov detained in Moscow on the case of abuse of power, said the official representative SK the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko.
“A criminal case against the managing Director on investment activity of JSC “RUSNANO” Andrei Gor on the grounds of crime under part 2 St. 201 criminal code (abuse of authority)… Today Andrey Gorkov were detained in close cooperation with Guebipk of the MIA of Russia and SEB FSB of Russia after they purchase a ticket for a flight abroad”, she said.
The investigation believes that because of the actions of the top Manager of the company lost more than 738 million rubles.
According to investigators, Gorkov in 2011-2013, has placed the money of the Corporation on a permanent basis in OOO KB “Smolensk Bank”.
