The state Duma has dismissed another Deputy from “United Russia”

The state Duma has ahead of schedule stopped powers as a Deputy member of the faction “United Russia” Vladimir Zudenkova, who was elected to the lower house of Parliament in single-mandate district in Bryansk region. On Friday, June 9, reports TASS.

Galenkov wrote the application for addition of the mandate of the Duma on 7 June. He told journalists that for him it was “deliberate step”. “I was left practically in the Duma because my knowledge of agriculture, I think that will be useful,” said Galenkov.

The former Deputy also expressed the hope that “voters will forgive him”.

As reported by Vice-speaker of the state Duma from “United Russia” Sergei Neverov, Gurenkova was invited to be the Advisor on agriculture as the election to the lower house of Parlament he worked in this field.

“As someone who is going through a soul of production, he gravitated to continue their work”, — said Neverov, adding that in this regard Galenkov and adopted the decision on early resignation of Deputy powers.

Earlier, on 7 June, the Duma also ahead of schedule stopped powers of the Deputy from United Russia, the Russian tennis player Marat Safin. That Safin wrote a statement about refusal of the Deputy mandate, it became known on 25 may. He agreed to become the adviser of the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin on sport on a voluntary basis.
