The labour Ministry is preparing specialized information portal and creates a registry for persons with disabilities, which will allow disabled people to communicate with each other and get all the required information, said the Minister Maxim Topilin at the opening of the Second forum for social innovation regions.
“We are very seriously going in the direction of information services, digitization, what we have seen today is a Federal registry of persons with disabilities. This is not just a database, the problem lies in the fact that persons with disabilities, persons with disabilities can be a specialized portal for communication, so that they did not go to institutions so that they could through e-services to all help. We must minimize all barriers for them,” he said.
The second forum for social innovation regions held on 8 and 9 June in the suburban Krasnogorsk.
