The head of the Moscow branch of the party “Yabloko” Sergey Mitrokhin was arrested on the morning of Friday, June 9, for participating in an unsanctioned rally near the building of the state Duma. About this “Interfax” reported the press service of the political organization.

Also arrested was the head of public office Department Anton Antonov-Ovseenko. Source TASS in law enforcement bodies has reported that in addition to Mitrokhin to the police station “Tver” will be taken to three other people.

“The action is not sanctioned, will be considered the option of bringing the detainees to administrative responsibility under article 20.2 of the administrative code (participation in unsanctioned rally),” — said the Agency interlocutor.

A spontaneous action at the walls of the state Duma began on the morning of 9 June. It involved about 80 people. Gathered oppose the bill renovation. On this day the lower house of Parliament will consider the law in the second reading.

Announced in Moscow the program of renovation involves the demolition of eight thousand five-story building, home to more than half a million people, and the construction of new residential complexes. However, participation in the program will take only those homes, more than 70 percent of tenants which will leave the vote on the portal “Active citizen”.
