Red Tarzan has sued Russia for five thousand Euro at ECHR

Vyacheslav Datsik

The European court of human rights (ECHR) upheld the complaint of nationalist Vyacheslav Datsik, known as Red Tarzan, the unbearable conditions in prison. This was “Fontanka” said his lawyer Andrew Fedorov Thursday, June 8.

According to the decision of the Strasbourg court, Russia should pay Datsik five thousand Euro within three months.

The reason for the appeal to the ECHR was the overcrowding of the camera in the penal colony number 31 in Krasnoyarsk, where in 2014 year, Red Tarzan was serving a sentence for a series of attacks on the shops, there is lack of oxygen and the constant presence of cigarette smoke.

May 17, Datsik tried to run from the Petrograd district court of St. Petersburg, where he was brought for the decision of a question on prolongation of term of detention in the case of the RAID on the brothels of St. Petersburg, which he staged two months after his release in 2016.

In March 2017, Red Tarzan was about to ingest one of the documents during familiarization with the materials of their criminal case. Investigators snatched the paper from his mouth, but it is already beyond recovery.

According to the materials of the case initiated on the basis of breach of the inviolability of the home (article 139 of the criminal code) and robbery (article 162 of the criminal code), Datsik broke down the door of the room boutique hotel, where he put out in the corridor a woman, then broke into a brothel where prostitutes are forced to strip naked and chased them down the street to the police station. Red Tarzan tried to repeat the same procedure in another similar institution, but was detained by guards.
