On the territory of the U.S. Embassy in Kiev explosion
KIEV, 8 Feb — RIA Novosti. The explosion took place at the Embassy of the United States in the Shevchenko district of Kiev brought criminal case under article “terrorist attack”, reported the press-service of the Kiev police.
About the incident became known on the night at 00.05 (same as GMT).
“During the inspection (the scene — ed.) it became clear that unknown persons have thrown on territory of a diplomatic mission unidentified explosive device”, — stated in the message.
According to the press service, the explosion no one was hurt.
Initiated criminal proceedings under article 258 (terrorist act) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
