Will start in Sochi, the Russian film festival “Kinotavr”
Will start in Sochi XVIII open Russian film festival “Kinotavr”. At the opening show of the film Director Pavel Chukhrai “Cool tango”.
In the main competition program of the festival involved 14 films: “Arrhythmia” by Boris Khlebnikov, “Close” Ksenia Zueva, “Blockbuster” Roman Volobueva, “Head. Two ears” Vitaly Suslin, “Burn” Kirill Pletnev, as well as “Hostages” Rezo Gigineishvili, “Dead lucky” Vadim Valiullina, “Myths about Moscow” Alexander Molochnikova, and other, reports TASS.
The Chairman of the jury appointed people’s artist of Russia Yevgeny Mironov.
Out of competition the festival will showcase films: “Anna Karenina. The story of Vronsky’s” karena Shakhnazarov and “Dislike” by Andrei Zvyagintsev, which won the jury prize at the Cannes film festival.
The festival will last until June 14. After the presentation of all awards at the closing ceremony the audience will show the film “About love. Adults only”.
