The attempt of the President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite accused Russia of building up military capacity in the Kaliningrad region is the order of the West, says the first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on defense and security Frants Klintsevich. His words are quoted by the national news service (NSN) on Tuesday, June 6.
