This is stated in the report of the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (KCNA).
Air force commander of the Korean people’s army Kim Kwang Hyuk called the review “an important test” for the “destruction one shot on any targets, including enemy aircraft carriers” upon the receipt of the order. In his words, the exercises are also designed “to encourage the entire army at the end of the struggle for the reunification of the Motherland.”
As noted by the KCNA, Kim Jong UN was pleased with the show and ordered to strengthen the combat capability of the air force.
