The status of “shock” will be assigned by the special order of the Minister of defence of the Russian Federation in respect of the most capable infantry, tank, Marines, airborne and air assault units. They will be awarded the distinctive heraldic sign.
About the initiative the defense Department has learned from the head of the Main Directorate of combat training of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation the General-Lieutenant Ivan Buvaltseva.
