The new service is an interactive map, on which are marked the areas and houses, the inhabitants of which voted for or against the demolition. You can enter a specific address and obtain information about what percentage of the residents of the specific building renovation supported or opposed it.
Thursday, June 1, it was reported that the city government will review the approach to assessing the views of residents not participating in the vote on the fate of their homes on the portal “Active citizen”. If earlier it was supposed to record all the “undecideds” in the number of supporters of the renovation, but now their voices will be distributed between those for and those against.
The renovation programme, declared the city authorities, involves the demolition of 8 thousand buildings, which are home to 1.6 million residents, and the construction of new residential complexes. Currently, from may 14 to June 15, on the portal “Active citizen” voting is now open for 4.5 thousand of them. Demolition will get only those homes where it will speak more than 70 percent of the residents.
Residents of the demolished houses, according to the program, allocate apartments in new buildings of the same or more square footage: in the same or nearby area.
According to Sergei Sobyanin at the end of may, about 90 percent of voters support the renovation. May 24, decided the first 18 homes, which will be dropped from the program at the request of residents. Another 200 buildings decided to keep after a consultation of officials and the experts of the “Arhnadzor.”
