Nine-year-old boy from Kemerovo made a bet with my brother that I will be able to get off the third floor of the dormitory on the wall, and fell. It is reported by the regional Directorate of the interior Ministry.
According to authorities, the incident occurred on the morning of 26 may, on the Leningrad prospectus. The boy fell first on the concrete canopy entrance of the building and then slipped on the asphalt. Call dispatch ambulance arrived at 11:00, the victim was urgently hospitalized with injuries of different severity.
Police launched an investigation, during which it was established that the children were in the room unattended. In respect of the boy’s mother made the administrative report under article 5.35 of the administrative code (“Default by parents of duties under the maintenance and education of minors”).
In the Kemerovo region six-year-old girl fell out of a fourth floor window with an open umbrella, in imitation of cartoon characters. The victim was urgently hospitalized to a local hospital. Doctors diagnosed her with multiple injuries and fractures.
