“The first of June children’s Day, the Moscow zoo will hold a charity holiday concert, special guided tour, interactive theatre performance, exhibition and workshops, during which it is planned to raise funds for the Foundation’s “butterfly Children” and public organization “Katyusha”, — stated in the message.
According to the press service, 11.00 am at the Fairgrounds to a new site near the pavilion “Apes” will be held the fair of good deeds, where visitors can buy Handicrafts and artwork made by people with disabilities. Proceeds will go to benefit the society for the support of parents with disabilities and their families Katusha said in a statement. At 11.00 on the same site will start fine and applied workshops, and at 12.00 — interactive theatrical performance.
On this day visitors will be able to participate in master classes around the bandstand on the old site, where they will learn to collect a variety of designer toy that you can take home. Visitors will also be able to take a picture with a family of brown bears among a field of butterflies in a special photo zones at the main entrance.
As noted in the zoo, visited will be able to become acquainted with the butterflies-hawk moths, which are nocturnal. In the daytime in their enclosure artificially created the night and the only special red light, not perceived by the butterflies, lights and decorations themselves insects. Also in favor of the trust Fund “butterfly Children” on the stage of the old territory will take place musically-a literary concert with the participation of actor Anatoly Bely and music festival’s “Little jazz.” During the festival, guests can make donations in favor of the trust Fund.
