Moscow. May 31. INTERFAX.RU — Forecast adverse weather conditions this Moscow meteorologists on 29 may, was accurate and timely; in addition, it was correctly interpreted by the Russian emergencies Ministry, said the Director of hydrometeorological centre of Russia Roman Vilfand.


“The forecast was released information about the wind of 17-22 m/s is for Moscow a very strong wind, which is rare. 25 m/s is the threshold, but the 22 m/s is already critical for trees, which was reflected in the warning,” Vilfand told Interfax on Wednesday.
