Medvedev spoke about the violation of sanitary norms in 300 children’s camps

Three hundred children’s camps, the violations of sanitary norms. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev at the relevant meeting, reports RIA Novosti.

“The CPS recently said that there are problems in a number of camps, — said the Prime Minister. — There was the name of the figure is quite significant. About 300 camps. While they supposedly do not meet sanitary standards. If so, then you need to rectify the situation in the near future.”

Medvedev also demanded to strengthen security measures. “We have messed with, you know, tragedies happen. Last year it was. We must do everything to prevent the recurrence of similar situations”, — he said.

In total, according to the Prime Minister, the country has more than 42 thousand children’s camps.

29 may, the speaker of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Matvienko said that excessive requirements to the organization of leisure of minors in the camps will make the area unattractive for entrepreneurs. Efforts, she said, aim to “as many children as possible to cover a country holiday to be summer in the air.”
