An expert on international Affairs, journalist Yevgeny Primakov became the adviser of the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin on international issues and humanitarian projects on a voluntary basis. This is with reference to the Duma management on public relations and interaction with mass media reports TASS on Tuesday, may 30.

New Advisor to the Chairman of the lower house of Parliament is the host of “International review” on TV channel “Russia 24”. He is the grandson of Yevgeny Primakov, an outstanding Russian politician and statesman.

Yevgeny Primakov from 1991 to 1996 he headed the foreign intelligence Service of Russia, then for two years held the post of Minister of foreign Affairs. In 1998-1999, he was Prime Minister, from 2001 to 2011, the President Trading — industrial chamber.

Primakov died June 26, 2015 at the age of 85 years. Buried in the Novodevichy cemetery in Moscow.
