The lawyer of Alexey Uchitel has asked Vyacheslav Volodin to check the actions of Natalia Poklonskaya
Lawyer Konstantin Dobrynin, representing the interests of film Director Alexei Uchitel, addressed to the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin with the request “to take under personal control,” the audit in respect of the Deputy Natalia Polonskaya.
It is reported by RBC with reference to the copy of the letter sent by the lawyer to the speaker.
In his address, the lawyer said that the actions of Natalia Polonskaya, “perhaps discernible violation of the rules of parliamentary ethics”.
As explained by Konstantin Dobrynin, he turned to Vyacheslav Volodin due to the fact that the past is addressed to the Duma Commission appeal, “probably lost.”
“Importantly, I am confident that the MPs has not lost conscience, and therefore I hope that my re-directional treatment to react properly in proper time”, — stressed the lawyer.
The reason for the conflict by Alexei Uchitel and Natalia Polonskaya became the film “Matilda”. The film shows the history of the relationship of the heir to the throne, the future Emperor Nicholas II and the ballerina Matilda Kshesinskaya. In April the Deputy was sent to the Prosecutor General results of the examination conducted by the trailers and the full text of the script of “Matilda”. Experts argue that the film contains “the manipulative techniques of substitution of fact and opinion, is the artistic invention”, engaged in “labeling” and combines “religious high-value with vulgar sexual”.
The lawyer of Alexey Uchitel filed a complaint against Natalia Polonskaya in the ethics Committee of the state Duma. However, the Commission found no violations in the actions of the Deputy. Yesterday, members of the state Duma Committee for culture supported the tax inspection of the filming of “Matilda”. Requests for inspection to the competent authorities also sent Natalia Poklonskaya.
