Press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov could not comment on the work of the Ministry of emergency situations during a hurricane in Moscow, as well as complaints about the lack of SMS notifications of impending disaster, the correspondent of RBC.
“Not ready to answer that question,” said Sands, answering the question, did the Kremlin with emergencies, and how many complaints about the lack of notification received.

The storm killed 16 people, 170 appealed to medical institutions, including 22 children.
Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin promised that the impact of the past on may 29, the hurricane in Moscow will be eliminated within two days. He also promised to pay the families of the deceased 1 million rubles each.
