Billionaire Alisher Usmanov has announced a contest for the creation of parodies, commercials and cartoons on the theme of his video message to the opposition leader Alexei Navalny, among the prizes — iPhone 7Plus, it follows from the information posted on the website of the businessman in “Vkontakte”.
