The Kremlin is not yet ready to comment on the proposal of the Council on human rights under the President about carrying out in Russia the first administrative Amnesty. This was stated press Secretary of President Dmitry Peskov, reports “Interfax” on Friday, may 26.
“A clear position on the initiative of the Council on human rights no, because it’s a fairly new initiative”, — said Peskov.
