“Many NATO countries have agreed to significantly increase payments, as they should be. Money begin to flow — the NATO will be much stronger,” said trump in his account on the social network Twitter.
Previously, trump has repeatedly said that Washington should reconsider its relationship with NATO on the issue of financing the activities of the Alliance, insisting that they increased the size of their payments.
In turn, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker announced that the leaders of the institutions of the European Union and the President of the United States Donald trump has agreed to begin negotiations to resolve the “too many differences” in trade between the EU and the USA.
