The Ministry of health confirmed the death of 23 people in an attack on bus in Egypt
CAIRO, 26 may — news, Margarita Kislova. The attack on the bus with Christians in southern Egypt listed as dead 23 people, injured 25 people, said portal “al-Masri al-Yaum”, the official representative of the Ministry of health of Egypt Khaled Mogahed.
While the Egyptian media reported that the dead can be enrolled up to thirty passengers of the bus. Gunmen in two cars opened fire on the bus.
Earlier it was reported that unknown persons fired at the bus with the Coptic Christians in the province of Minya in southern Egypt. The attack occurred in the area of the monastery of St. Samuel to the West of the village of al-Adwa. The Christians were sent to the convent of Beni-Safa.
The Egyptian security forces are “combing” the area of the attack on the bus.
