The Minister of justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko said that Ukraine will present the European court of human rights “additional evidence” against Russia. He said this on air of the Ukrainian “Fifth channel”.
He said that Ukraine has filed to ECHR “for more explanation on the merits in the case of the Crimea”.
“A lot of the evidence was filed, and I can announce that next week will be the presentation of some evidence, which we have established together with colleagues from various law enforcement agencies, and witnesses who agreed to come to the public’s attention and provide information to Ukrainian citizens on the facts that we are now sent to the ECHR,” he said.
In January Petrenko said that the Ministry of justice of Ukraine in 2014, submitted to the ECHR five interstate claims against Russia.
