The Cabinet introduced a bill for the extraterritorial principle of service delivery

The bill is aimed at increasing the availability of public services, reducing material and time costs of citizens stated in the explanatory note to the document.

MOSCOW, may 24. /TASS/. The Russian government is making to the state Duma a bill according to which citizens can choose to apply and receive the results of public services in any Department of the Federal body of Executive power. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, published on the website of the Cabinet.

“The bill proposes to Supplement the Federal law of July 27 2010 year № 210-FZ “On organization of rendering state and municipal services” rule under which the applicant of their choice will be able to submit a request, documents and information necessary for receiving the state service, and also to result in either providing public services division of the authority, the state off-budget Fund or in the multipurpose center of providing state services in the territory of Russia, regardless of their place of residence or place of residence”, — is spoken in the explanatory note to the document.

It is noted that the bill aims to improve accessibility of public services, reducing material and time costs of citizens.

The document was reviewed and approved at the government meeting on 18 may 2017.
