INTERFAX.RU — Searches from the artistic Director of “Gogol-center” Kirill Serebrennikov associated with the investigation of the criminal case on embezzlement of large sums from the budget allocated to a non-profit organization “the Seventh Studio”, said the official representative of a capital Central Board of the Investigative Committee of Russia Yulia Ivanova.
“In the framework of the criminal case on the fact of theft in 2014 budget funds in especially large size, allocated Autonomous non-commercial organization “the Seventh Studio”, investigators conducted searches at several addresses in different regions of Russia, including at the place of residence and work Serebrennikov” she said on Tuesday “Interfax”.
Ivanov has not led any other details of the investigation, saying only that the case was initiated on the basis of materials of field services.
