During the meeting, the investigator reported that Krivas already declared in the international search. The lawyer accused Igor Trunov said that Krivas is on treatment in Israel, and noted that the appeal against the arrest of the defendant.
According to the investigation, Markelov received through a Trustee Natalia Kozhanov from the founder of the factory “Akashevskaya” Nicholas Crevase as a bribe more than 235 million rubles for the protection of and assistance with property payment of funds of state support to development of agricultural complex.
