The leader of the party “Fair Russia” Sergey Mironov stated during a speech at a parliamentary hearing on youth policy held in the state Duma. About it the correspondent “Tapes.ru” on Monday, may 22.
Mironov emphasized that the Russian authorities are not working with youth volunteer organizations. “It seems that the volunteer movement itself, the state itself”, — said the politician.
As a positive example of cooperation between youth communities, he cited cases where the authorities have attracted street artists to accomplishment.

The hearing was held in the lower house of Parliament chaired by the speaker Vyacheslav Volodin and with the participation of leaders of all parliamentary parties, deputies, representatives of the government, the presidential administration, and the public. In closing the meeting, Volodin proposed to hold the next parliamentary hearings on the topic in November.
