After the death of the Mexican in a fight with Russian Makeev prosecuted

The Prosecutor’s office of the Mexican state of Quintana Roo have opened a criminal case into the death of a local resident from wounds received in the fight with the Russian, Alexei Makeev. On Sunday, may 21, TASS reported, citing a Ministry statement.

Prosecutors also sent to the migration office request for information “about a 42-year-old man with initials A. V. M.” to determine his migration status and origin. TASS said that in fact the full name of Makeeva and information about their citizenship is not specified.

The Consul Dmitry Bolbot reported that Makeev, a native of Elektrostal near Moscow, was in Mexico on the basis of a permanent residence permit, which he received as a refugee.

May 19 Makeeva at home in Cancun gathered an angry mob, intent on lynching him. The reason for the disturbance was the behavior of the Russians, who for no reason insulted others, including women and children, recorded their actions and uploaded on YouTube (later it turned out that his aggression suffered and visited Mexico compatriots). As a result, the man was beaten, but the police saved him from violence.

Currently, the Russian citizen is in the hospital. He is paralyzed, the doctors put him in an artificial coma. He has been under heavy guard.
