It is noted that in Beskudnikovo are 37 five-story building, included in the list of buildings for demolition.
According to TASS, Khrushchev residents given the opportunity to choose a house. “As part of the renovation each inhabitant resettlement will be offered a choice of three houses. The resident will be able to choose, for example, the number of storeys, location of the building and the location of the apartment,” — said Khusnullin. According to him, the first floors of buildings constructed under the program will be given over to commercial premises.
In early may, was published a list of the available voting of houses that can be include in the programme of the renovation. 4546 in the objects list includes the five-story building of the first period of industrial housing and some other homes that are in poor technical condition. Until June 15, the residents of the houses included in the list must vote on the issue of inclusion in the programme. It is assumed that new housing will be provided in the same area.
The resettlement programme will start in autumn 2017. As stated by the mayor, the demolition of all the buildings that fall under the program of renovation of the housing stock will take at least 10-15 years.
To demolish Moscow Khrushchev and build in their place new housing for the capital’s mayor in February, he instructed the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
