The bill will be considered at the meeting of the Duma Committee on health protection on may 18. According to nil, to his discussion of the need to connect not only doctors and relevant officials but also lawyers who have faced such cases in practice and have experience in protecting the rights of patients.
Nilov added that the Russian government gave a negative opinion on the bill, guided by the lack of funds for its implementation. But in this situation you should first think about the rights of the patient and his relatives. Nilov added that in some countries, the video recording is enshrined in law.
Cabinet also noted that the draft law does not fully correspond with the law “On personal data”, the newspaper said.
