On may 15 the head of the AIDS center said the growth in the number of infected at 5.3 percent, and the head of the Ministry of health reported a decrease in the number of new cases by 15 percent in 2016.

In April, the government approved the rules of conducting the Federal register of persons infected with HIV and TB patients.
