The press service of the Moscow oil refinery, located in Kapotnya, the Agency reported that, according to the integrated system of environmental monitoring, the exceedances of the pollutants was not. All objects of the plant are working normally.
On the night of 14 may, the station automatic monitoring recorded a 17-fold excess of MPC of hydrogen sulfide in the district of Orekhovo-Borisovo Yuzhnoye.
